FROZEN MEAT EXPORTS.

NEW ZEALAND SHIPMENTS. <* The New Zealand Meat Producers Board reports that the following shipments of frozen meat were made from New Zealand from November 1 to December 15 : To London, 74,117 cjuarters of beef, 380,664 carcases of mutton, 183,741 carcases of lamb ; to West Coast of the United Kingdom, 48,397 quarters of beef, 20,162 carcases of mutton, 2780 carcases ox lamb ; to Havre, 16,651 quarters of beef ; to Antwerp, 19,572 quarters of beef ; to Genoa, 21,258, quarters of beef.

The killings at all works from November 1 to December 15 are as follow, the figures being for North Island, South Island and total in that order : Beef (quarters), 6405, 3, <I4OB ; wether mutton (carcases), 80,765, 567, 81,332 ; ewe mutton (carcases), 15,171, 0, 15,171 ; lamb (carcases), 291,628, 535, 292,163 ; pork {carcases), 2280, 1215, 3495 ; boneless beef (freight carcases), 11,670, 347, 12,017 ; sundries (freight cartases), 442, 0, 442. The stocks in hand in New Zealand total : Beef (quarters), 10,048 ; wether mutton (carcases), 57,103 ; ewe mutton (carcases), 14,538 ; lamb (carcases), 220,411 ; pork (carcases), 1959 ; boneless beef (freight carcases), 24,140 ; sundries (freight carcases), 1014.
