MEAT EXPORTS.
FROM NEW ZEALAND. The New Zealand Meat Producers’ Board reports that from November 1 to November 15, the following shipments were made from New Zealand: —9993 quarters of beef, 73/16S carcases of mutton, and 24,352 carcases of lamb. The killings at all works from November 1 to 15 are as follows, the figures being for North Island, South' Island and total, in that order:—Beef, quarters, 7821, 2, 7523; wether mutton, carcases, 30,276, 6, 30,282; ewe mutton, carcases, 8249, —, 8249; lamb carcases, 5149, 388,. 5537; sundries, frt. carcases, 5979, 226, 6205. The stocks on hand in New Zealand at November 15 total as follows: —Beef, quarters, 32,687; wether mutton, carcases, 32,885; ewe mutton, carcases, 22,240; lamb, carcases, 5427; sundries, frt. carcases, 27,826.
