WEDDING BELLS.
GRAY—MARTIN. The marriage of Miss Esmc Martin, of Port Chalmers, and Dr. James Gray, of Matamata, was celebrated at St. John's Church, Roslyn (a suburb of Dunedin), the officiating* clergyman being* Archdeacon Fitchett. The bride, prettily gowned in cinnamon brown and a hat to match, was given away by her uncle, Mr. Charles Finlayson. Miss Isa Macdonald, of Auckland, acted as bridesmaid, and Mr. D. Cameron as best man. A reception was held later at the Strand Salon, Mrs. T. M. Finlayson, sister of the bride, acting as hostess. Among the guests were Mesdames Gray (mother of the bridegroom), C. Finlayson, Dufaur, P. Gray, Stevenson, Misses Grieve, Clapperton, Douglas, Nicolson, Allan, Ramsden, Thompson and Haigh, Messrs. Butler, Evans, Wyley, Gray (2), Dufaur, etc.—Evening Star, Dunedin.
