ROAD THROUGH PUTARURU.
MAINTENANCE POSITION. In a further letter in reply to the council Mr. Handman wrote that in accordance with the Arapuni contracts the Arapuni access road right from the Arapuni railway siding had to be metalled by the Public Works Department and maintained then by the contractors.
