LAUNCH FOR WAIKATO RIVER.

USE ABOVE ARAPUNI. Included in the plant which has arrived at Putaruru railway station for the Arapuni works during the past few days, was a 33ft oil launch, The Zita. Sheer legs and a winch were required to unload it off the railway truck, at the Arapuni private siding, and it was taken out from Putaruru by horse team with appropriate trailer, Mr. M. Henderson undertaking this task. It is to be launched on the Waikato river about six miles above Arapuni and towards the Mako quarry.
