THE HINUERA DISCOVERY.
PROBABLE IDENTIFICATION Stated to be Wellington Resident Information from Wellington states that there is a probability that a skeleton found near the railway line between Hinuera and Okoroire is that of a Wellington resident named Charles Otto Posselt. He was a Prussian, 52 years of age, who came to New Zealand in 1902. Mrs. Posselt says he looked younger than he really was, and all indications point to the remains being his. He disappeared in February last year and the police were unable to trace him. He had several times threatened to commit suicide, and after he had been away a few weeks the family felt sure he had carried out his threat.
