PUTARURU CLUB.

The semi-final and final in the ladies’ 18 hole competition, for Mrs. Tomalin’s prize, took place last week. In the semi-final Mrs. Robinson beat Mrs. Herring, and Mrs. Nicklin beat Mrs. Halse. The final was won by Mrs. Nicklin, 5 up and 3 to play. A ladies’ monthly medal match was also held, and Mrs. C. D. Brown and Mrs. G. A. Howland tied for first place.
