MR. E. J. DARBY’S ESTATE. Forty New Sections. Mr. E. J. Darby announces that he can novv r offer for sale sections along the river side frontage of the mam road at Arapuni. They comprise m all some 40 quarter-acre sections, each 66ft by 165 ft. Immediately between the permanent village and the river a reserve has been given by him for a park; thus the sections lie north and south from this reserve. One of his subdivisional roads m this 'ocality is designed to give the public ready access to the river reserve and a comprehensive view of the Arapuni gorge.*
