A HARMLESS SCOURER.
For porcelain and cnamlled iron fixtures, kerosene and whiting are very good as scourers; the kerosene cuts grease and the whiting scours and polishes. Caro must be taken never to use a very course or gritty scourer on plain brass or copper articles, as it would be liable to, scratch the surface and injure the appearance of the article. -
