A survey party from Rotorua are ;it present surveying a route for the line. They -were originally camped at Arapuni, but- now having completed the first few miles of the survey they have shifted camp to the Pokaiwlienua stream, Waotu road, Putaruru. It is anticipated that the erection of the line will be started next spring and that it wili not only give Rotorua an augmented power supply but will also provide power for general use ill the 40 miles of territory en route.
