The strictest secrecy is observed with respect t.> the Names of the Depositors in Pi at office Banks, ami the amounts of their deposits. j 5. Money may be deposited by or on i boiialf of minors. Depositors over seven year* of age are treateil as persons of full age, but minors under seven years of age cannot w ithdraw their deposits until they have reached the ago of seven. fi.
