Defendant was non united with costs, the d. f.-ndant Ixiug allowed 18s, and koheitor’s fee, XI Is. ALLKOLD RHEACII I.E CONTRACT. A.Wtl v. Sedcole.—This wa* a claim for XBO damages, alleged to havo been si;-'.nned by plaintiff by reason of defendant refusing to allow him to complete his contract with the defendant f>r cutting all timber put through the defcnilant'a saw mill for a term of 12 months from Ist October, 1885.
.Mr Burnett wa* for plaintiff; Mr Gothard apj«earing for defendant. The defence was a reejuon of the contra, t which was proved to the (.'sorts satisfaction.
