Rev. W. B. Scott leaves for his new Circuit by the Mabakipawa coach on Wednesday. His successor (Rev. H. L. Richards) is expected to take up his duties next week. The Rev. Fathers O’Shea and Malone, of Wellington, who have been on a visit to Blenheim and Picfcon, are now spending a holiday in the Sounds. Mr E. Hylton, of Wellington, the newly appointed Secretary to the Marlborough Education Board, is 26 years of age, and has had eight years’ secretarial experience in the office of the Wellington Education Board,
