SHIPMENT OF SHEEP.
Last week the New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Company shipped to the North Island, on behalf of clients, 4000 sheep Irom the Croixelles, D’Urville Island, Forsyth Island, and Tifcirangi. Last evening the Company’s representative (Mr Stansfiold) and Mr McDougall (a North Island buyer) arrived in town behind a mob of 1200 sheep from tho Pelorus that are to be driven to The Grove to-day and thence shipped direct to the North Island.
