A Bomb Outrage.

London, April z. By the explosion of a bomb at Pera, an aristocratic suburb of Constantinople, where are the foreign embassies and consulates, two persons were killed and four wounded, The outrage is stated to have been instigated by agents of Fehim Pasha (who was banished lo Asia Minor for fraudulently collecting moneys from German merchants in a Turkish province of which he was Governor), as an act of personal revenge. The bomb wounded seven persons After coalmining the outrage the assassin succeeded in making his escape.
