Revolution in Roumania.

Bucharest, March 30. Two hundred peasants at Bacesi, near Vaslui, attacked a company of soldiers, who fired, killing forty rioters. A force of four thousand peasants from Vaslui and neighbouring districts is marching on Bucharest, the capital, where a state of siege has been declared. The troops have been ordered to use shrapnel if the peasants do not disperse. There is much rioting and looting in other towns. Fifteen rioters were shot dead at Alexandria. A mob entered Galatz, where the troops fired a volley, killing fifteen persons and wounding many others. M. George Cantacuzenc, Premier of Roumania, has resigned. M. Sturdza has formed a Liberal Cabinet in the hope of quieting the country.
