A SERIOUS COLLAPSE. LONDON MARKET STEADY. New York, March 30. A violent collapse on the New York StockExchange carried prices in some instances below the recent panic rate. A serious fall in the metal groups contributed to the crisis, There is less tightness of money than general lack of confidence. London, March 30.
