PELORUS ROAD BOARD. NOTICE is hereby given that at a Special Meeting of the Board to be held at the Board’s Office, Havelock, on TUESDAY, 2nd April, 1907, at 11 a.m, the following resolution shall be confirmed, namely “ That the Pelorus Road Board hereby make, by way of Special Order, the following By-law under ‘The Road Boards’ Act, 1882/ and ‘ The Public Works Act, 1905.’—The object and purport of the said By-law are that Traction engine-Traffic shall cease on the roads in the Pelorus Road District during the months of June, July, August, and September, of each and every year.” A copy of the proposed Special Order and By-law is deposited at the Board’s Office, Havelock, “where the same will be open to the inspection of all ratepayers during office hours until the said meeting is held. ■' W.
