IT is hereby publicly notified that the Statutory Meetings of Householders for the Election of School Committees throughout the district shall bo held on MONDAY, 22nd April, 1907, at the following times and places The Schoolhouses at Blenheim, Canvastown, Fairhall, Fabian’s Valley, Grassmere, Grovetown, Havelock, Havelock Suburban, Kaituna, Marlboroughtown, Marshlands, North Bank, Okaramio, Omaka, Onamalutu, Picton, Rai Valley, Renwick, Seddon (for the Awatere School District), Spring Creek, Springlands, Tua Marina, Wairau Valley, Waifcohi, and Ward (for the Flaxbourne School District) at 7.30 p.m. The Schoolhouse, Waitaria Bay (for the Pelorus Sound School District), at 12.30 p.m. The Institute, Mahakipawa (for the Linkwater School District), at 7.80 p.m. The number of members to bo elected is as follow For the Blenheim Committee, 9 members; for the Fabian’s Valley, Flaxbourne, Grassmere, North Bank, Omaka, Rai Valley, and Wairau Valley School Districts, 5 members each ; and for the remaining School Districts, 7 members each. The Board hereby calls upon the householders of the several school districts to send in writing, by post or delivery, to the Chairman of their respective Committees, not later than eight o’clock in the evening of MONDAY, 15th April, the names of persons, being resident householders, nominated by them for election to serve upon the Committee for the ensuing year. Each nomination must be signed by the proposer and by the candidate.
