It is asserted that, some Turkish trjopers assisted the mob in the murder of a. dozen Christians. July 28. The Porte has finally issued ; a note appointing the Bulgarian Bishops, and is supported in this action 1 by four great Powers. There is much discontent among the soldiers owing to their being underpaid,; and it is feared they may join the insurgents. .■ - It is stated that the troops of Ban Salvador are within sixty miles of the Guatemala capital, and a battle is imminent.
