QUESTIONS TO BE ANSWERED.

TO THE EDITOR. Sir— Will you, or any of your readers, kindly answer the following questions : 1. Is there any difference in the value of land at Cullensville now and before the rush to the diggings ? If so, what difference ? 2. If land is now more valuable, what has caused that increase of value ? 3. Are not the workers at Cullensville, by their daily labour and improvements, giving more value to the land they occupy, and to the surrounding land ? 4. If they are giving that increase in value, does it not belong to them ? If not, why not ? I am, &c., “ Omnia vincit labor.”
