[reuter’s telegrams.] Cairo, December 13. Intelligence has been received from Dongola that mounted infantry guardand camel corps, under Colonel Sir Herbert Slewart, arc now advancing to Koiti, near Ambukol. December 15. News has been received here through a messenger despatched from Khartoum of further success achieved by Genera’ Gordon in his conflict with the Ara 1 ’ rebels. Messengers report that Genera' Gordon undermined and blew up rebe’ forts at Onderman, destroying them, and killing a large number of the Mahdi’s followers who occupied them.
