Napier News. [Own Correspondent.! Napier, December 3, A private meeting of the creditors of Wm. Harker was held yesterday, when it was shown that his liabilities were £1,676, and assets about £BOO. The debtor’s expenditure since July last was put down at £1,140, A resolution was passed requesting the debtor to file a petition for adjudication as a bankrupt, which he agreed to do. The Hospital Committee have appointed Dr. Lisle to take charge of thq.Hospital until a resident surgeon is appointed. ’
