Prosecution of Waring Taylor.

[Own Correspondent.] Wellington, November 20. A charge has been made against the bankrupt Waring Taylor for embezzlement and misappropriating monies received from the sales of Bank of New Zealand shares left to Ernest Arundel by Mr. May some years ago. The charge is made by Mr. Jellicol, an English solicitor, and it is understood a firm of Wellington solicitors has also been instructed by other legattees to proceed against Taylor. __________
