[Own Correspondent.] Wellington, November 17. A branch of the New’ Zealand Commercial Travellers and Warehousemen’s Association has been formed here. Government intend to push on the surveys of the North Island trunk line as quickly as possible. It is believed the first controct will be out in two months, and that the work will be commenced at Marton and Te Awamutu simultaneously.
