The Prorogation.
[Own Correspondent.] Wellington, November 11. Both Houses re-assembled shortly after 2 o’clock, and at a quarter past the prorogation ceremony took place in the Council chamber by commission. The proceedings were dull and spiritless, only about a dozen members of the Council and thirty of the House being present. The Commissions were the Hons. Messrs. Fitzherbcrt, Buckley, and Reynolds. Parliament was prorogued till 19th March next.
