[Reuter’s Telegrams.] Albany, November 5. The P. and O. steamship Mirzapore, with the inward Brindisi mails, dated London, 3rd, arrived at King George’s Sound this afternoon. Melbourne, November 6. Another case of small-box has occurred in Collingwood. It is understood that Earl Derby has asked the Colonies to double their New Guinea contribution.
