[Own Correspondent.] Napier, November 5. The first meeting of shareholders in the Theatre Royal Company was held last night, Mr. G. H. Swan in the Chair, The Secretary reported that £4,000 worth of shareshad been taken up. The following directors were elected: Messrs. Close, Swan, Ashton, McVay, Cohen, Vaiitier, and Vigor Browne,
