Ladies and gentleman,—i beg to state that it is my intention to solicit your votes at the ensuing election of members for the Cook County Council. My interests are identical with yours. If returned, I shall use my best endeavors for the improvement of the Waimata Riding, in which I hold a large interest, whilst at the same time I hope to be of some assistance in opening up roads and developing the resources of Cook County as a whole.
