[Per United Press Association.] Christchurch, October 31. Workshops are to be established in connection with the Lyttelton Graving Dock. Duneiin, October 31. The steamer Victory arrived yesterday, after a passage of fifty-five days. She brings 161 passengers—43 second class and 118 third class ; also 1800 tons of cargo. One infant died on the passage. On September 23, P. B. Edwards (A. 8. disappeared, and it is presumed lie fell overboard.
