[Reuter’s Telegrams.] Sydney, October 30. Arrived yesterday afternoon — Wakatipu from Wellington. ..C’ r Sailed this afternoon—Te Anau for Auckland. Parliament is now discussing the Sydney Convention resolution, and it is expected the prorogation will take place this week. Later—The Convention resolutions were under discussion in the Legislative Council to-night, and were passed by 13 votes to 9. Melbourne, October 30. Arrived this morning—Steamship Manapouri from the Bluff.
