[Reuter’s Telegrams] . Hong Kong, October 20. Intelligence has been received from Tonquin that the Chinese recently attacked the French position at Tugengugen, but were repulsed with heavy loss. October 21. All the ports in the Island of Formosa are now blockaded by the French fleet.
