(Per Press Association.) Auckland, October 13. An application for a new trial is to be made in the divorce case Moulden v. Moulden, on the alleged ground that the verdict in favor of the petitioner was against the weight of evidence. J. Howe Bousfield, a remittance man, who has been drinking heavily, jumped from the first storey window of the Manukau Hotel, Onchunga, on Friday afternoon. He sustained fatal injuries and died four hours later. Hokitikt, October 13. A Norwegian named Thomas Keiver, aged 26, a single man, was drowned on Saturday afternoon in a lagonn at the South Spit. The body is supposed to have been washed into the river and out to sea. Deceased arrived here three years ago, and was working for Maher, contractor, at the protective works on Ihe South beach.
