Public Market for Napier. [Own correspondent.] Napier, October 8. A project is on foot here for forming a company to erect a public market in Tennyson street, on the vacant ground where Dr. Spencer’s residence stood. Plans, which are being prepared by the architect, provide for a row of shops with offices above. The market is principally designed for the sale of dairy produce.
