[reuter’s telegrams.] Cairo, October 5. In reply to a protest lodged by the Powers interested in the Law of Liquidation against the suspension of the Caisse, Nubar Pasha stated that the suspension was absolutely necessary in view of the situation of the Egyptian Treasury.
