(Per Press Association.) Timaru, October 7. A daring robbery was committed on Saturday at the Orari Hotel, £260 in cash and notes being stolen from under the bed of the proprietor. A young man named McKay has been arrested on suspicion of the theft. At the Magistrate’s Court yesterday two men were remanded on a charge of breaking into the Grand Stand at Orari, and stealing a large quantity of liquor.
