W. Waring Taylor's Bankruptcy.
[Own Cory.zspondent.j Wellington, October 1. A meeting of the creditors of Waring Taylor was held yesterday to hear an official explanation from the Official Assignee in regard to his not having declared a dividend within three months as prescribed by the Act, but only one creditor attended. There is £8,303 in hand, and the Assignee cannot declare a dividend until all the creditors have proved.
