Heavy Floods in Nelson.

[Own Correspondent.] Nelson, September 29. A heavy rain storm, accompanied with thunder and lightening, passed over the city on Saturday morning. All the lower part of the city was flooded, and streams of water several inches deep were running through the houses. It was the heaviest storm known for years past.
