DAIRY FACTORY.
In view of the fact that tenders are now called by Mr. Finneran for the erection of buildings for the proposed dairy factory, we publish the following returns from the Bth October to the 30th April, compiled by the manager of the Ashburton factory, for the information of our country readers and intending shareholders. The return shows the number of “patrons” of the factory, the number of cows milked by each patron, and the amount paid to them for their milk.
