The Pharazyn Case.
[Per Association Telegrams.] Wellington, September 20.
At the Magistrate’s Court this morning the Hon. C. J. Pharazyn was fined £lOO .and costs for a breach of the Corrupt Practices Act, by voting at an election for a member for Foxton at the late general election, while being disqualified owing to an illegal practice at a former election.
