Bigamy at Gisborne.

[Per Press Association.] Wellington, September 20. At the Police Court, Walter Trioer was charged with having deserted his wife, and child at Auckland, and with having committed bigamy at Gisborne. Chief Detective Brown applied to have the former charge withdrawn, and have accused remanded to Gisborne, but Counsel for the defence objected on the ground that their was no warrant for the latter charge in existence. Accused was remanded to Auckland.
