The Annexation Question.
[Reuter’s Telegrams.] Melbourne, September 19. Mr. Service has received a reply from the Premier of New Zealand to telegrams regarding the question of annexation. In his reply, Mr. Stout declares his entire concurrence in the desire to accelerate the action of the Imperial Government in the matter.
