[Reuter’s Telegrams.] London, September 15. Arrived—The ship Northumberland from Napier, (June sth), with a cargo of frozen mutton. September 16. The homeward Suez mails per steamship John Elder, from Melbourne, (Aug. 8), were delivered to-day. Sir Staffoid Northcote, who has undertaken a Conservative campaign against the Government, delivered his first address at Edinburgh last evening. Rome, September 15. The subsidence of the cholera epidemic at Naples continues, and the number of deaths from the disease is daily decreasing.
