DEMONSTRATIONS PRO AND CON. FIVE SIGNATURES AGAINST. [Per Press Association.] Napier, Sep’ember 17. A person employed to canvass for signatures to a petition against the Napier Harbor Bill travelled all through Waipawa county, a distance of 400 miles, calling at each settler’s house, and only got five signatures. Subscriptions have been started to raise funds for a demonstration against the promoters of the petition against the Napier Harbor Bill.
