Gisborne-Opotiki Railway.
[from a correspondent.] Opotikt, September 12. A telegram to hand states that English capitalists are prepared to find the necessary funds to construct a railway line from Opotiki to Gisborne, should sufficient Crown lands be obtained on the route of the line.
