PLOT AGAINST KING MILAN. GLADSTONE AT EDINBURGH. [Reuter’s Telegrams.] Vienna, September 2. News has been received here that a railway train, by which it was expected that King Milan, of Servia, was travelling towards this city, was thrown from the rails during the journey.
