The Soudan War.
(reuter’s telegrams.) London, August 30. Arrangements for the expedition to relieve General Gordon in Khartoum are progressing rapidly. It is expected that the expedition will reach Khartoum by the middle of January.
. August 31. The Gordon relief expedition is expected to leach Dongola early in November. September 1.
General Lord Wolsely and Earl Northbrook (British Commissioner) have started for Egypt, and will arrive at Alexandria on Saturday next.
