[Reuter’s Telegrams] . Adelaide, September 2. Arrived last evening—Orient steamship Liguria from Plymouth. Cardinal Moran, the Archbishop-elect of Sydney, was a passenger by her. Melbourne, September 2. The spread of small-pox appears to be lessening in this city, only two fresh cases having occurred during the past fortnight.
