No appearance of the defendant. Claim £6 Os. 6d., for goods supplied. Judgment for amountland costs, 10s. Graham, Pitt and Bennett v. Ba Mackay. No apppearance of defendant. Claim £lB 9s. 2d. for goods supplied. Judgment for amount and costs, 20s. Hamilton v. Bloomfield and Wyllie. Adjourned to the 9th, being beyond the jurisdiction of the Court. Si gley v. J. Nash. Claim £2 9s. 2d. for work done. Judgment for amount and cost 10s. Allanach v. Howard. No appearance of defendant. Judgment summons £3 15s. Ordered to pay amount in two instalments, on 12th and26th of September. In default four days imprisonment. IF. Tharratt v. P. Malone. No appearance of defendant. Judgment summons for £3 17s. 6d. balance of account. Some legal difficulties having been pointed out in connection with the case, it was adjourned till Tuesday. James Wallace v.
