Parker has undertaken this delivery and any orders given to him, or left at this office, will be promptly executed, and any mistakes as to delivery, or non-delivery by the runner-boys, rectified. NOTICE TO CORRESPONDENTS. Attention to the following rules will save the writers of correspondence a good deal of trouble. We cannot undertake to return rejected conununications. No notice can be taken of anonymous communications. Whatever is intended for insertion in this journal must be authenticated by the name and address of the writer, not necessarily for publication but as a guarantee of good faith.
